Friday Workshop
So much, we needed to Thursday April 12th FISTA The Forest Industry Safety and Training Alliance, Inc. (FISTA) is a nationally recognised, non-profit safety training and education organization for the forest industry, FISTA provides safety training and education to workers in forestry-related industries, to; 1) Decrease the number and severity of logging-related accidents; 2) Improve productivity and professionalism; and 3) Encourage environmentally sound practices. This full day workshop includes: 1/2 day classroom instructions, lunch, and 1/2 day outdoors (hand-on) instruction. Friday April 13th Forest County Presented by the National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council (NOHVCC), this full-day workshop will develop the details needed to be accomplished for the Wisconsin Off-Road Vehicle Park, Inc. (WORVPI) to establish the first all-inclusive motorized vehicle area in the badge state. The workshop will center on not only what WORVOI needs to do, but also help motorized groups and individual enthusiasts understand what they can and must also do to realize the ultimate goal of creating a nationally recognized motorized recreational venue in northern Wisconsin. Additionally, this full- day workshop includes networking with fellow motorized trail recreation advocates and lunch. |
Saturday Workshop Saturday April 14th WOHVA's The Wisconsin OFF-Highway Vehicle Association's (WOHVA's) Annual Wisconsin OHV Enthusiasts Workshop has quickly become the premier informational venues for the Badger State motorized trail recreational advocates. WOHVA continues to stress safety through hands on education again this year. Weather you want to learn to safely fall a tree, find out what the Forest Service Motor Vehicle Use MAp (MVUM) is all about, have lunch with local land managers, spend the night on the gambling floor or just want to lounge around in the pool, WOHVA has arranged the perfect venue for you.
